1. What data we collect

• Contact details from the request form: name, phone, who the request is for, the service you are interested in, preferred language and your comment.
• A child's details (name, age, grade, school) — only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Assessment results, reports and specialists' notes. These are especially sensitive and access to them is strictly limited.
• Technical data: your chosen language is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers.

2. Why we use it

• To contact you, book a meeting and provide the service.
• To prepare a report and recommendations.
• To fulfil a contract with a school — the school receives only anonymised, aggregated data.

3. How we store and protect data

• Only the specialists working with you or your child can access your data.
• Assessment results and specialists' notes are stored separately and protected.
• Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, and no longer than [period], after which it is destroyed.
• We never sell data or pass it to third parties, except where the law expressly requires it.
• Requests from the website reach our administrators through Telegram, whose servers may be located outside Tajikistan. By sending the form you agree to this transfer.

4. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent by writing to [e-mail]. We reply within 3 working days.
