Terms, payment and cancellations

These terms apply to AVA's services for families and adult clients. Work with schools is covered by a separate contract.

1. Prices and payment

  • The exact price is confirmed when you book.
  • Payment in cash, by bank card or by transfer: [payment methods]. A payment document is provided on request.

2. Rescheduling and cancelling

  • Rescheduling or cancelling is free with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Later cancellations or no-shows are counted as a session held.
  • If we cancel, the session is moved to a convenient time or the payment is refunded in full.

3. Courses and passes

If a course is stopped early, we refund the sessions not attended on these terms: [terms].

4. Complaints and feedback

If something did not suit you, write to the centre's director: [e-mail / phone]. We reply within 5 working days. Complaints about a specialist's work are reviewed together with their supervisor.
